Job Descriptions:

• Prepare menu items according to standard recipes and SOPs
• Carry out basic cooking, food assembly, and portioning in accordance with operational requirements
• Ensure food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
• Handle kitchen equipment and utensils safely and properly
• Assist in stock receiving, storage, and basic inventory control
• Support chefs and supervisors in overall kitchen operations
• Comply with company policies and food safety regulations

Job Requirements:

• Training will be provided
• Previous kitchen or F&B experience is an advantage
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Able to stand for long working hours
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work well in a team

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
