About the role

Yunxu Technology (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and restoring our electrical and electronic equipment to optimal working condition. As a Repair Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing faults, performing repairs, and ensuring that all devices meet our rigorous quality standards before being returned to service. This position is essential to our operations, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and the reliability of our product offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and identify electrical and electronic faults using appropriate testing equipment and diagnostic tools on servers, GPUs and key hardware components
• Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components, circuit boards, and electronic modules
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks on repaired equipment to ensure functionality and safety compliance
• Document repair procedures, fault analysis, and maintenance records in a clear and organised manner
• Follow technical manuals, schematics, and service documentation to guide repair work
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety regulationsLiaise with customers and support teams to communicate repair status and provide technical guidance
• Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues as required
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment to minimise future failures

What we're looking for

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline (Diploma or Degree preferred)
• At least 1year of hardware repair or server support experience
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer，Maintenance Technician, or similar role in electrical or electronic equipment repair
• Strong proficiency in using diagnostic and testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and circuit analysers
• Solid understanding of electrical circuits, electronic components, and circuit board assembly and repair
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and service manuals
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work methodically through complex technical issues
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality repair standards
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Familiarity with safety protocols and adherence to occupational health and safety standards
• Previous experience with specific equipment brands or systems relevant to your application would be advantageous

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
