Job Responsibilities

  • Managing Staff: Oversee clinical, professional, clerical, and administrative staff by supervising,evaluating, and directing the work of medical, nursing, and other personnel.
  • Staff Recruitment and Development: Manage the recruitment, selection, appraisal, andprofessional development of staff to ensure a highly skilled workforce.
  • Representation: Participate in committees, representing the views and needs of departmentsand teams effectively.
  • Liaison and Negotiation: Collaborate and negotiate with medical and non-medical staff, often atsenior levels, as well as with external organizations, including social services, voluntary groups,and private entities.
  • Program Management: Plan, implement, and administer programs and services for the medicalfacility to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Budget Development: Develop and manage budgets for supplies, equipment, and personnel,ensuring financial resources are effectively allocated.
  • Resource Monitoring: Oversee the use of resources, including diagnostic services, inpatient beds,and facilities, to optimize utilization.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the facility'soperations and standards.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services, identifyingareas for improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare activity reports to update management on the status of programs, services,and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the facility complies with healthcare laws, regulations, andindustry standards.
  • Patient Communication: Engage with patients and their families to address concerns, provide support, and enhance patient satisfaction.
  • IT Systems Support: Support existing IT systems and plan for new provisions and developments, including major projects.
  • Community Outreach: Participate in community outreach programs to promote healthcare awareness and education.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in healthcare related field with at least 10 years of working experience in healthcare industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
