Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or Advertising
• Have 3 years experiences in marketing / experience in healthcare industry is advantage
• Has good event coordination / management skills
• Good relationship building skills
• Team player and creative thinking
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms
• Willingness to work on weekends
• Possess own transport

Job Scope:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication strategies aligned with the hospital's goals, including patient acquisition, retention, and brand building.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, content marketing, social media management, and online advertising.
• Manage and grow our healthcare organization's social media presence across platforms.
• Organize and promote hospital events, health fairs, seminars, and workshops, both online and offline.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, medical professionals, administrative staff, and other departments to ensure and maintain the business relationship.
• Handling inquiries from patient, customer, stakeholders via social media, WhatsApp, and e-mail marketing.
• Utilize digital analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, track KPIs, and provide regular reports.
• Support events e.g., MoU signing ceremonies, new service/product launches, VIP visits or tours and other task related to the hospital.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,065.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
