Job Summary
The position serves as the primary customer service liaison, ensuring seamless coordination of culinary service requests, event orders and customer enquiries while managing departmental administrative functions to support efficient daily operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Guest Experience :

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event organisers and guests, ensuring exceptional service before, during and after each event.
• Attend to customer enquiries, feedback and complaints across all communication channels, including social media, telephone, email and in-person interactions, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
• Collect, analyse and report guest feedback and post-event evaluations, recommending continuous improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.

Administration:

• Keying in all orders for functions and filing of all documents for the department.
• Coordinating with supplier on delivery of products ordered.
• To prepare and submit all relevant action plans, order reports, special project report in timely manner.

Revenue Growth Operations

• Assist in catering event planning, set up and execution.
• Assist in on the floor coordination for catering events & services.
• Do site tours for internal and external clients when necessary.

Requirements

• Education: SPM / High school or any equivalent
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in handling banquet & services requirement from Hospitality or Service Industry
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and guest relations skills / Possesses excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
