Position : Corporate Planning Executive
Salary : RM 4,000 - RM 5,000
Location : Desa Aman Puri, Kepong
Working Hours : 8.30am – 5.30pm (Mon – Fri)
Job Summary
The Corporate Planning Executive / Senior Executive supports the Corporate Planning team in driving business growth, strategic initiatives, and corporate governance. The role involves combining legal awareness, financial analysis, and business strategy to support decision-making and long-term company development.
Job Responsibilities
[Corporate Strategy & Business Planning]
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify business growth opportunities.
- Support the development and execution of corporate strategies for expansion, revenue growth, and market positioning.
[Legal & Corporate Governance Support]
- Monitor updates in laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements affecting business operations.
- Assist in reviewing contracts, compliance matters, risk management, and dispute resolution processes.
- Support internal stakeholders with basic legal and governance-related guidance under supervision.
[Financial Planning & Analysis]
- Assist in preparing financial forecasts, budgets, and performance analysis in coordination with the Finance team.
- Analyse financial data to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
- Identify key financial drivers and assist in improving cost efficiency and profitability.
[Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Coordination]
- Coordinate with internal departments to support corporate initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Prepare documentation and follow up on cross-departmental projects.
- Facilitate communication between teams to ensure smooth execution of strategic plans.
[International Partnerships & Expansion]
- Conduct research on overseas markets and identify potential business opportunities.
- Support engagement with international partners and assist in partnership coordination.
- Help align regional initiatives with overall corporate strategy.
[Other Responsibilities]
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by management from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate planning, business strategy, legal compliance, or financial analysis.
- Understanding of corporate governance, regulatory frameworks, and basic legal principles.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial and legal information.
- Knowledge of financial modelling, budgeting, and data analysis is an advantage.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work across teams.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
