Position : Corporate Sales Manager

Salary Range : RM 5,000 – RM 6,000

Working Location : Desa Aman Puri, Kepong

Working Hours : 8.30am – 5.30pm (Monday – Friday)

Job Summary

The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for leading corporate sales activities, driving revenue growth, and managing key client relationships. This role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on sales execution to achieve and exceed company sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
• Manage key corporate accounts and actively participate in client meetings to strengthen relationships and close deals.
• Lead, coach, and support the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Oversee sales operations including pricing strategies, sales processes, and performance tracking.
• Analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by handling enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Conduct training and sharing sessions to improve team product knowledge and selling skills.
• Work closely with internal departments to align sales strategies with company objectives.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Results-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business acumen and industry knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
