Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and/or Accounts Payable (AP) tasks
• Mandarin-speaking is required due to business requirements
• Issue invoices, receipts, and credit notes
• Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding balances
• Process supplier invoices and prepare payments
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records
• Assist in month-end closing and reporting
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / LCCI / Degree in Accounting or related field
• At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
