Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor boiler, air compressor, bag filter, chimney, clean room, and gas equipment.
• Check equipment performance and adjust settings for optimal efficiency.
• Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and minimize production disruption.
• Manage boiler water treatment to prevent corrosion and scale buildup.
• Maintain daily operation records, maintenance logs, and incident reports.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure a safe working environment.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with other departments.
• Respond quickly to emergency situations such as leaks or pressure issues.
• Identify improvement opportunities to reduce energy usage and improve efficiency.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements

• Minimum Technical Certificate / Diploma in Engineering or related field.
• Possess Grade 2 Boilerman Certificate of Competency (DOSH).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in boiler operation and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of boiler operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with air compressor, bag filter, clean room, and gas equipment is an added advantage.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a team.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
