Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Job Overview
Evershine Resources Transport is seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking logistics clerk to join our tanker transport operations. The ideal candidate has solid knowledge of Delivery Order (DO) processing, strong documentation skills, and excellent communication abilities to liaise effectively with drivers and external companies, ensuring smooth and timely deliveries.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process Delivery Orders (DO) and delivery documentation accurately
• Coordinate driver routes and tanker delivery loads to ensure efficient and timely deliveries
• Track deliveries and update records in the company system
• Liaise closely with drivers and external companies to ensure smooth delivery operations
• Respond promptly to customer service requests and enquiries
• Pick and prepare orders as required
• Monitor and keep track of tanker road tax renewal dates to ensure timely renewal and compliance
• Perform general clerical duties, including filing, typing, photocopying, and data updates

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum STPM or Diploma preferred
• Prior experience in logistics, documentation, or a related field is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Delivery Order (DO) processes
• Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional phone manner
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Hardworking, reliable, and able to work well under pressure
• Must possess own transport
