Assistant Spa Manager – Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Spa Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a luxury hotel spa or wellness environment.
• Good knowledge of spa operations, wellness treatments, guest service standards, and retail sales.
• Experience in managing daily spa operations, therapist scheduling, inventory control, and revenue targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
• Knowledge of health, hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards applicable to spa operations.
• Ability to train, coach, and motivate spa associates to achieve service excellence.
• Familiarity with spa booking/POS systems (e.g., Book4Time, SpaSoft, or similar systems) is an advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English. Additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
