Job Requirements – Chef de Partie

Education

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Professional culinary certification is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of culinary experience in a hotel or fine dining restaurant.
• At least 1–2 years of experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or equivalent.
• Experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment is preferred.

Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation standards.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
• Knowledge of inventory control, food costing, and waste management.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and safe operating procedures.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM3,900.00 per month
