At A++ Education Centre, we are looking for a Student Services Executive who enjoys helping parents, supporting students and keeping our centre running smoothly.

Your main responsibility is to provide excellent customer service to parents and become the bridge between parents, teachers and students.

Your Responsibilities

• Respond to parents' enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls and walk-in enquiries.
• Build positive relationships with parents by providing friendly and professional customer service.
• Manage student records and maintain accurate databases.
• Coordinate class schedules and communicate with teachers.
• Prepare documents and perform general administrative duties using Microsoft Office.
• Ensure smooth daily operations of the education centre.

你不需要打电话推销产品，
也不需要面对大量投诉。

每天主要是协助家长了解课程、安排学生事务、回复 WhatsApp，以及帮助家长解决问题。

Requirements

• Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin as most of our parents are Mandarin-speaking.
• Basic skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Drive.
• Friendly, patient and service-oriented.
• Able to multitask and work independently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
