Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the full set of accounts and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in accordance with company policies.
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), invoicing, payment vouchers, receipts, and petty cash.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, general ledger reconciliations, and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, account schedules, and supporting documentation for management review.
• Monitor cash flow, customer collections, and supplier payments to ensure timely processing.
• Reconcile daily sales transactions from retail outlets and online sales platforms, including payment gateway and commission reports where applicable.
• Maintain the Fixed Asset Register and ensure proper recording of asset acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation.
• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records, ensuring all financial documents are properly filed and organized.
• Assist the Senior Accountant with audit preparations, tax submissions, SST compliance, and statutory reporting.
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, customers, bankers, auditors, and tax agents regarding accounting-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutor requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 1-2 years relevant accounting working experiences.
• Proficient in the SQL Accounting System.
• Strong knowledge of the e-Invoice system and audit is an advantages.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and financial reports
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
