What You'll Actually Be Doing
Experience in planning and scheduling large-scale construction projects
Data Centre project exposure highly preferred
Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and project controls
Ability to develop, monitor, and update project schedules
Experience working with contractors, consultants, and clients
Knowledge of critical path analysis and progress reporting
Mitigation: Conduct delay analyses and establish recovery strategies.
Tracking: Monitor critical path milestones, site progress, and equipment vendor lead times.
Scheduling: Build and update integrated master schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
What You'll Bring
Proficiency in project software, contract management, and understanding of mechanical/electrical (MEP) workflows.
Degree in engineering or construction management.
Background in mission-critical or large-scale technical construction.
