MAIN SCOPE AND GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:

Have a responsibility in operating the restaurant & banquet service smoothly.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the scheduling of staff.
• Leading the operation of food & beverage service crew.
• Responsible of training the staff conducts daily briefing and monthly meeting.
• Responsible for planning, organizing, delegating and controlling.
• Ensure the department operation Budget is strictly adhered and all expenses are controlled.
• Creates a dynamic dining experience in the food & beverage outlets as assigned.
• Solves guest’s complain by following the standard which is stated by the hotel.
• Maintains all par-stock level of F&B supplies.
• To follow the principle of the Cost Reduction Program on the daily basis while performing within the workplace.
• To perform any other task deemed necessary for the smooth operation of the organization.
• Make sure they perform according to the standards and procedures as per guests orders.
• Set up V.I.P treatment in the room according to the standards and procedures as per guests orders.
• Set up V.I.P treatment in the room according to instruction and standards.
• Inspect and approved each order before sending to appropriate room.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of equipment and in service area.
• Coordinates availability of all menu items needed for a proper service, monitors with kitchen staff regularly before and during service inform waiter/ss accordingly.
• Executes any task assigned to him within his responsibilities and capabilities.
• Builds employee morale and relation through motivation and discipline.
• Maintains by good behavior and attitude the good example to his staff on grooming, hygiene and interest in his professions, positions and work.
• To perform any other tasks deemed necessary for the smooth operation of the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,400.00 per month
