Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

· Perform on-site installation, setup, and commissioning of semiconductor manufacturing tool at customer’s sites.

· Execute equipment hook-up, alignment, calibration and system checks according to specifications.

· Work closely with customer Equipment, Process, and Facilities teams to ensure smooth installation and tool readiness.

· Support tool qualification, acceptance testing (SAT/FAT), and handover to customer operations teams.

· Troubleshoot equipment (mechanical, electrical, vacuum, pneumatic, and control-related issues) and perform periodic maintenance.

· Provide technical support during tool start-up, upgrades, and retrofits.

· Provide operation and maintenance training to customer.

· Document installation activities, service reports, and issue resolutions accurately.

· Work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure a positive and cooperative working environment.

· Communicate with equipment principals (manufacturers/suppliers) professionally and effectively to ensure timely technical support and resolution.

· Oversea and on job training will be provided.

Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Electrical/ Electronics, Mechanical or Chemical or related Engineering

· Basic understanding of electrical systems, PLCs, sensors, motors, pneumatics, and vacuum systems.

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.

· Experience in PCB / semiconductor manufacturing and inspection tools (Oven/ Bonder/ UV curing machine) will be added advantage.

· Possesses own transport and willing travel to customer site (local and oversea).

· Required language(s): Mandarin is a must for clients from China (Mandatory, English. Knowledge of writing in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

· Preferably with a minimum of 1 years or fresh graduate in PCB or semiconductor manufacturing equipment servicing.

· Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently & in a team

· Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
