About the role

LM EQUIPMENT SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Mechanical Technician to join our team in Melaka. As a Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on our mechanical equipment and machinery. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for professional development and growth within our dynamic organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform maintenance ,repair services on construction machinery such as Scissorlift, Boomlift , Handling Equipment.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubrication, adjustments, and replacements
  • Assist with the installation and commissioning of new mechanical equipment
  • Perform delivery job and conduct training to customer
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal equipment performance and productivity
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment

What we're looking for

  • Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Experience as a Mechanical Technician or in a similar role is an advantage
  • Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve mechanical issues
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions and manuals
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques
  • Class D license required.
