IFAST Corporation Hiring! Full Time Operations Executive, Corporate Action (SG Support) in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage daily corporate action events accurately and within stipulated timelines across various investment products, including Bonds, Unit Trusts, ETFs, and Equities.
• Perform reconciliation of securities holdings against external custodians' and administrators' records to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and issue corporate action notices and correspondences to clients and business partners.
• Liaise proactively with internal departments, external custodians, exchanges, business partners, and vendors to investigate, coordinate, and resolve operational issues.
• Take ownership of assigned events and operational issues, driving them through to completion while ensuring service standards, accuracy, and risk controls are maintained.
• Manage daily operational tasks independently with minimal supervision, while escalating issues and risks appropriately.
• Participate in system enhancement initiatives, including requirement gathering, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and implementation of new projects and process improvements.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Operations Department and undertake additional responsibilities and ad hoc assignments as delegated by the Team Manager.

Requirements:

• Degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English to effectively communicate with stakeholders and accurately interpret corporate action announcements and supporting documentation.
• Good understanding of securities products and end-to-end operational workflows. Experience in Corporate Actions, Securities Operations, Custody, or Investment Operations will be an advantage.
• Strong communicator who is able to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take ownership of assigned tasks from initiation to completion.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
• Able to perform well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of SQL will be an advantage.
• Willing to work on local Public Holidays when required.
