SheTime Qaiy Wellness S/B is a growing wellness & beauty company specializing in Q-Eyes eye wellness & Anti-aging treatments.

We are committed to providing safe yet effective wellness solutions through quality products & advanced treatment techniques, helping our clients achieve healthier eyes, rejuvenated skin & greater confidence.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform professional beauty treatments including facial, anti-aging & wellness treatments according to company SOP/service standards.
• Conduct Q-Eyes eye wellness treatments with proper training provided.
• Provide professional consultation & recommend suitable treatments, products based on customers' beauty & wellness needs.
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure customers receive a comfortable, relaxing & personalized treatment experience.
• Explain treatment procedures, aftercare instructions & product usage clearly to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene & organization of treatment rooms, equipment & customer areas.
• Maintain good customer relationships through follow-ups & personalized service.
• Assist customers with product recommendations & support sales activities.
• Capture customer treatment progress photos/videos for documentation & marketing purposes when required.
• Participate in company training, product knowledge sessions & treatment skill development.
• Perform daily outlet opening & closing duties according to company SOP.

Job Requirements

• Passionate about beauty, wellness & providing excellent customer service.
• Previous experience as a Beauty Therapist, Facial Therapist, or Aesthetic Therapist is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with relevant beauty therapy qualifications are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to learn new treatment techniques & product knowledge.
• Positive attitude, responsible, hardworking & customer-oriented.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
