- To station at job site to assist Site Manager and Project Manager during site erection to ensure timely completion of site erection works as per planned schedule.
- To assist in organizing, controlling and issuance of material and equipment to sub-contractors for site installation work.
- To perform general works both at site and at office premise.
- To report to office when you are not at site.
- To assist in troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that arise during the installation and commissioning of equipment at the job site.
- To ensure that all materials and equipment are properly stored and maintained on site to prevent any damage or loss, while maintaining an organized inventory.
- To assist in conducting regular maintenance checks on equipment and machinery, ensuring they are in optimal working condition before and after use on site.
- Any other duties associated with your position as and when necessary, from time to time.
- Take reasonable care for his own and his colleagues HSE all the time.
- Do not misuse PPE and other safety equipment.
- To ensure all employees under his care or his colleagues to have enough PPE.
- Check and ensure all electrical tools and equipment are safe to use before start work.
- To obey HSE Policy, regulations and rules introduced by the Company. To cooperate with his superiors to implement HSE.
- To be employee representatives in HSE committee. (if appointed).
Competency Requirement
· Certificate or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical) or equivalent
· Minimum 1 year experience with machining skill as specified below.
· Relevant Experience: Some hands-on experience in an engineering or design environment, such as internships, co-op positions, or previous technician roles, is often required. For entry-level positions, relevant academic projects or coursework may be considered.
· Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of the specific industry relevant to the role (e.g., construction, manufacturing, and technology) is helpful but not always required.

- Technical Knowledge: Fundamental understanding of engineering principles, design concepts, and technical processes. Ability to assist in technical tasks and support engineering and design activities.
- CAD Proficiency: Basic skills in CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools. Ability to create, modify, and review technical drawings or models.
- Technical Support: Ability to provide technical support in areas such as equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration. Skills in handling and operating engineering tools and equipment.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in performing technical tasks, preparing documents, and reviewing designs.
- Problem-Solving: Basic problem-solving skills to assist with technical issues or challenges that arise during engineering and design processes.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills for interacting with engineers, designers, and other team members. Ability to follow instructions and report on technical matters clearly.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage and organize technical documentation, project files, and equipment. Skills in maintaining orderly workspaces and adhering to safety procedures.
