Job Summary:

Support Accounts Payables (AP) activities, consisting of payments processing, employees claim reimbursements, month-end close and reporting.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Process monthly vendor payments & employee claim reimbursements, including compliance with internal and external policies and regulations

· Support month-end AP close, journal entries, accruals, AP aging & reconciliation schedules

· Coordinate payments to vendors & employees and minimize overdue payments

· Perform any other duties as assigned

Key Measuring Parameters:

· Relevant experience in Accounts Payables or Finance.

· Strong knowledge of IFRS and accrual accounting.

· Proficient in SAP, ARIBA, Concur, Microsoft Excel

· Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and stakeholder management capabilities

Qualifications:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent with an accredited university/college

Relevant Experience

4-5 years of experience

Language/Skills

· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

· Familiar with SAP, ARIBA, Concur systems

· Good command of English

· Attention to detail, strong management and interpersonal skills

· Strong accounting knowledge, practices, standards, local law and regulations

Personality

Must be able to multitask, willing to learn, possess positive attitude and organized

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
