Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our HR team at our international school in Putrajaya. This internship offers hands-on experience across key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, HR administration and expatriate administration, providing valuable exposure to the employee lifecycle in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

Assist with posting vacancies on recruitment platforms and the school's careers channels.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
Support interview logistics and candidate communications.
Assist with reference checks, safeguarding documentation and recruitment filing.
Maintain recruitment records and support talent acquisition activities.

Onboarding & Employee Experience

Assist in coordinating onboarding programmes for new employees.
Prepare onboarding documentation, welcome packs and orientation materials.
Support induction activities to ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience.

HR Administration

Maintain employee records and personnel files.
Perform HR data entry, filing and general HR administrative support.

Expatriate Administration

Support the administration of employment passes, dependent passes and other immigration-related documentation.
Participate in reviewing and proposing process improvements to enhance expatriate administration and document management.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Proactive, resourceful and eager to learn.
High level of professionalism with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
