The Driver cum Dispatch is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and timely transportation for the Board of Directors and designated personnel, while also handling dispatch duties such as document delivery, banking transactions, bill payments, and other assigned errands.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely pick-up and transportation for Directors from their residence, office, or other designated locations as instructed.
• Ensure safe, reliable, and courteous transportation services for Management and designated personnel.
• Maintain company vehicles in clean, safe, and roadworthy condition at all times.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during travel.
• Report any vehicle damage, malfunction, or maintenance issues promptly.
• Operate vehicles responsibly and in full compliance with traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
• Perform daily dispatch assignments and deliveries accurately and within the required timeframe.
• Deliver and collect documents, parcels, products, and other items as assigned.
• Handle banking transactions, bill payments, and other official errands on behalf of the Company.
• Follow all assigned Job Tasks, Checklists, and Important Notes to ensure smooth execution of duties.
• Maintain proper records and receipts for deliveries, collections, and transactions where required.
• Carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
• Be willing to work on weekends and public holidays according to the work schedule.

Requirements

• Possess a valid driving license with a clean driving record.
• Must possess own transportation (preferably a motorcycle) for work-related duties.
• Familiar with local routes and road regulations.
• Responsible, punctual, trustworthy, and well-disciplined.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must able to work overtime, weekends, and public holidays when required

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Driver: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
