Position: Billing Operations Executive

Working Schedule

• 5-day work week
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Details

Billing Operations

• Prepare, process and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Verify billing information, pricing and supporting documents before invoicing.
• Monitor billing schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Handle billing discrepancies, credit notes and invoice amendments.
• Maintain proper billing records and documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse and Finance to ensure billing accuracy.
• Prepare billing reports and reconcile invoicing records.
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to billing.

Administrative Support

• Maintain proper filing of billing documents.
• Respond to customer billing enquiries.
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by the company.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
