• Source materials, ingredients, tools, and services based on operational requirements (including non-halal food ingredients)
• Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and monitor delivery schedules
• Follow up with suppliers on orders, documents, and discrepancies
• Maintain accurate purchasing records (PR, PO, DO, Invoice, etc.)
• Assist in vendor management, pricing negotiation, and cost control
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Warehouse, and Outlets
• Conduct stock checks at outlets and ensure inventory accuracy
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
• Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in purchasing / procurement
• Experience in F&B / restaurant industry (non-halal) is an advantage
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and SQL Accounting
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask
• Able to coordinate with suppliers and outlet teams
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
