Job Summary

We are hiring a full-time on-site HR Specialist at our warehouse in Klang, Selangor. This role covers end-to-end recruitment, employee documentation, statutory contribution administration, attendance collation and employee relations. Multilingual communication competency is essential for daily cross-cultural staff coordination.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for warehouse operators and office staff, including ad publishing, resume screening and interview arrangement.
• Coordinate with labour agents and manage visa & sponsorship documents for legally employed foreign workers.
• Complete employee onboarding paperwork: prepare employment contracts, collect staff documents, submit EPF, SOCSO and EIS registration to relevant authorities.
• Collate daily attendance, shift records and overtime data for monthly payroll submission.
• Process staff leave applications, disciplinary records and employee termination procedures in line with Malaysian labour laws.
• Resolve employee complaints and maintain smooth employee relations for multi-national warehouse teams.
• Maintain updated staff files and submit monthly HR reports to company management.

Job Requirements

• Must work full-time on-site at our factory warehouse in Klang, Selangor.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in HR, admin, warehouse or logistics industry; fresh HR graduates are also welcome.
• Able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia; conversational Mandarin is a mandatory work skill, used for daily communication with Mandarin-speaking management team and cross-national warehouse employees.
• Familiar with Malaysia labour regulations and statutory contribution rules (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
• Detail-oriented, patient, strong communication skills and able to prioritise multiple HR tasks simultaneously.
• Hold valid unrestricted working rights in Malaysia.
