Job description:

• Providing comprehensive administrative support, including managing calenders, scheduling meetings and support daily office operations.
• Supporting the team with any other ad-hock task as required.
• Maintaining record and filing system both electronic & digital.
• Asisst in managing office supplies, equipment and general admin tasks.

Working hours: Monday - Friday (08:30am - 05:30pm)

Monthly allowance up to :RM 500

Start on January 2026
