Role and Responsibilities :

• To be responsible for the overall management of logistic and its operations.
• To ensure smooth flow and delivery of parts to meet customers requirement. Ensure compliance with import/export regulations/customs regulations and legal and health and safety requirements.
• Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or customer issues.
• To coordinate with forwarders on vessel/air freight bookings. Responsible for custom exemption submission/ approval.
• Responsible for Monthly/ Yearly Custom reporting. Responsible for LMW license audits & renewal.
• Prepare an accurate monthly and yearly report for submission to the LMW Customs Officer in a timely manner.
• Perform compliance audit on permits and forms associated with the LMW regulations.
• Prepare application for customs exemption for import/export To ensure right usage of documentation.
• Manage and control departmental expenditure within the budgets.
• To guidance and provide on the job training for department staff.
• Ensure agreed reports are submitted in a timely manner.

Requirement :

• Min Degree/Diploma in Shipping/supply chain management or equivellent.
• Must competent person to handle custom wise and pass in Executive Custom Agent (KEK)
• Excellent knowledge in shipment arrangement and custom knowledge.
• At least five years working experience in related department.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
