Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Provide efficient and courteous service for hotel guests
Handle guests’ enquiries and complaints, provide local information and activities to guests
Ensure high level of guests’ satisfaction by maintaining long term and good relations with hotel guests
Shift duty is required
Requirements:
Degree / Diploma Holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
Minimum 1-2 years experience in Front Desk
Service-oriented and pleasant personality
Positive attitude and good customer service skills
Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
