We are looking for a hands-on and dynamic All-round HR professional to support our fast-paced Food & Beverage operations. Working closely with the management and frontline outlet managers, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, including mass recruitment, complex payroll administration, employee relations, and manpower planning across all branches.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-cycle Talent Acquisition: Drive recruitment strategies for both frontline (Chefs, Floor Staff, Part-timers/Casual workers) and back-office positions. Organize recruitment days and utilize various channels to meet high-volume staffing needs.
Compensation & Benefits Administration: Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including complex calculations for hourly rates, overtime (OT), split-shift allowances, and tips. Handle MPF, tax filing, and leave management.
Operations & Manpower Support: Collaborate with Outlet/Restaurant Managers on roster planning, attendance tracking, and optimizing frontline manpower deployment to control labor costs effectively.
Employee Relations & Engagement: Conduct regular store visits to build relationships with frontline staff, address grievances, and handle disciplinary issues in a fair and professional manner.
Onboarding & Training: Facilitate new joiner orientations, ensure staff compliance with food hygiene and OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) standards, and support service quality training initiatives.
HR Administration & Compliance: Ensure all HR policies, employment contracts, and operational practices strictly adhere to the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance (HKEO).
Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3–5 years of all-round HR experience, with solid and proven experience in the Food & Beverage / Retail industry.
Well-versed in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, particularly regarding part-time and frontline operational staff.
Hands-on experience with roster planning and F&B payroll/HRIS systems.
Proactive, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels (from kitchen crew to top management).
Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English.
