At AKI Hong Kong – MGallery Collection, we don’t just offer rooms; we offer a gateway to the city. Located in the vibrant heart of Wan Chai, our hotel is a sanctuary of minimalist Japanese design and thoughtful hospitality.
We are seeking a charismatic and well-connected Assistant Chief Concierge / Concierge Supervisor to lead our guest relations team. If you are passionate about Hong Kong’s hidden gems, obsessed with personalized service, and ready to lead a team that creates "Memorable Stories" for every guest, we want to meet you.
The Role
Lead our Concierge and Bell teams as the ultimate insider. In this key Front Office leadership role, you will curate unforgettable local stories, ensuring every guest's journey with us is truly extraordinary.
Leadership & Supervision: Lead the Concierge and Bell team by example, ensuring seamless arrivals, departures, and guest requests.
Guest Personalization: Anticipate guest needs and provide bespoke recommendations.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including transportation providers, restaurants, and local tour operators.
Problem Solving: Handle complex guest inquiries and challenges with calmness, creativity, and a "can-do" attitude.
Who You Are
The Local Expert: You have a deep love for Hong Kong and an extensive network of contacts. You know the city’s pulse.
The Experienced Professional: You have at least 3–5 years of experience in a Concierge role within a luxury or boutique hotel.
The Leader: You are a natural mentor with the ability to motivate a team and manage shift schedules effectively.
The Communicator: You possess excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
