We are a HK based global company (Stock Code: HK552) specializing in providing infrastructure support services in connection with telecommunications network consultancy, design, construction, enhancement and maintenance. Our customers include major telecommunications operators, equipment manufacturers, government agencies/ departments, and large corporations. We are expanding and requiring high caliber person to fill the following positions:

Job Responsibilities

Over 10 years of HK data center E&M working experience.

Over 5 years of data center E&M project management experience recently.

CEng or REW C/H is preferred.

More E&M Subcontractor working experience is preferred.

Greenfield data center project experience is preferred.

Qualification for the position scope of work.

Job Requirements

Mainly engages in project quotation, planning, material procurement, liaison and communication. It covers the following.

Thoroughly analyze and understand all the clauses in clients' tender specifications or quotations, contract terms, drawings, project schedule, etc.;

Understand all the functions and characteristics of the electrical equipment or services to be sold;

Understand the information relevant to market prices for different levels, time of delivery and the competitors of the electrical equipment or services to be sold;

Be familiar with local legislations relevant to the electrical equipment or services to be sold;

Formulate material procurement specification documents, contract terms and delivery timetable;

Know about and perform relevant logistic support services;

Understand the tendering strategy, management, risk and cash flow analysis of the company, and commercial law;

Master the time, place and way of communication to communicate and liaise effectively, and finish the work satisfactorily;

Make good preparations before liaising with different parties; understand the purpose of communication in order to provide or obtain the information needed and establish a strong liaison network.
