B. Junior Candidate (1–3 Years Experience) Must-Have Requirements

• 0–3 years experience in quantitative systems, ML engineering, or trading technology
• Strong Python for research and tooling; C++ for production systems
• Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs (GPT, Gemini, etc.)
• Experience building internal AI tools, such as:
• Research copilots
• Strategy documentation assistants
• Automated code review or test generation
• Understanding of latency, determinism, and reproducibility constraints
• Familiarity with socket and multi-thread programming

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) over internal datasets
• Using LLMs for:
• Post-trade analysis
• Strategy diagnostics
• Incident reports and monitoring summaries
• Experience deploying AI tools in secure or restricted environments
• Awareness of regulatory and compliance considerations
