AVT Design Contracting Limited Hiring! Full Time Project Coordinator (Interior fitting out) in Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• MUST BE STRONG IN detail development and shop drawings preparation with design sense and technical knowhow

• Coordinate with factory for furniture fabrication and workers for site installation

• General project interface coordination with different parties/ sub-contractors

• General sourcing and procurement of materials and equipment

• Sub-letting and contract administration

Requirements:

• Experienced in interior fit-out/ A&A projects

• Strong pursuit in quality of details and installation

• Knowledgeable in material specifications/ fit out details and sequence of works

• Proficient in using AutoCad/ Sketchup and other up-to-date design software

• Good team player, hardworking and able to work under pressure
