Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and talented Trading Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trading and a keen interest in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies. As a Trading Assistant with AI skills, you will play a vital role in helping our traders develop, deploy, and optimize cutting-edge AI-driven trading strategies. The salary & bonus will be adjusted regularly according to the performance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of AI-driven trading algorithms and models.
• Collaborate with the trading team to analyze market data, monitor algorithm performance, and identify potential trading opportunities.
• Conduct research on the latest AI and ML technologies to identify opportunities for enhancing our trading strategies.
• Support traders in the daily operation of trading systems, including trade execution, risk management, and compliance.
• Participate in the ongoing evaluation and improvement of trading strategies, models, and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Finance, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Basic understanding of financial markets, trading concepts, and risk management.
• Familiarity with AI and ML techniques, such as neural networks, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or C#.
• Experience with data analysis tools and libraries, such as pandas, NumPy, or TensorFlow.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
