Purchaser

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

As an important member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for processing orders and invoices, arranging shipments, communicating with suppliers, and developing new products. You will also ensure that system data is accurate and up to date. In addition to these responsibilities, the role involves general office duties. This is a full-time position.

• Ability to communicate and collaborate with our UK office; due to the time difference, you may need to respond to urgent matters outside of normal working hours.

• Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin.

• Experience in shipping, purchasing, and domestic import/export is preferred.

• Proficient in operating basic computer software.

• Experience with SAP Business One is a plus.

• Attention to detail, hardworking, efficient, and accurate.

• Strong teamwork skills and excellent communication abilities.
