Key Requirements
- Manage comprehensive telecommunications maintenance for carrier and enterprise clients, overseeing product lifecycle management, change management, ITR processes, and Service Delivery (SD).
- Proactively identify network risks and security vulnerabilities to ensure the continuous, stable, and secure operation of the live network.
- Partner closely with product and R&D teams to design and implement effective technical solutions and rectification measures that eliminate operational risks.
- Act as the independent technical liaison for clients, handling solution presentations, technical interfacing, and communications to drive business goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years of working experience in Network Infrastructure
- Hands-on experience in project delivery and maintenance, specifically with Huawei products in at least one of the following areas: Core Network, Optical Network, Datacom, or IT Storage.
- Qualification in CCIE is preferred.
- Professional working proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
