The project:

A large scale public infrastructure enhancement programme involving complex civil, structural and MEP works across multiple interconnected sites. The project encompassed significant station area upgrades, tunnel interface works, systems integration, and critical asset renewal to improve network capacity, safety performance and long term operational resilience within one of Hong Kong’s most heavily used transport corridors.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leads teams to deliver project outcomes against plans, KPIs, and Mace’s Safety First principles.
  • Develops, maintains and integrates project and interface plans, ensuring alignment with programme delivery.
  • Manages stakeholders, consultants and contractors, driving collaboration, quality assurance and effective communication.
  • Lead implementation of Interface Management plan and processes across programme delivery.
  • Establish and manage interface systems, ensuring coordination and governance across teams.
  • Collaborate with programme teams to define interfaces and integrate them into reporting.
  • Oversee interface controls, lead workshops, and ensure capture of milestones, commitments, and ownership.

You’ll need to have:

  • Experience delivering small to medium projects using recognised project management methodologies.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and planning skills using appropriate tools.
  • Understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing and commercial project controls.
  • Relevant qualification or working towards professional accreditation (e.g. MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, MICE).
  • Rail experience preferred.
