Responsibilities

Work closely with the Merchandising Manager of the whole supply chain from factory sourcing, product development, order follow-up till shipment

Proactive on problem precaution and solving

Work closely with suppliers to negotiate terms, pricing and delivery schedules to fulfil the needs of the customers

Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Understand the current suppliers base, and source and develop new suppliers to fulfil the business goals and needs of the customers

Willing to travel

Requirements

DSE / Form 5 or above

Years of experience – between 3 – 5 years relevant job experience is required

Well organized, attentive to details and problem solving

Self-motivated with strong sense of ownership and responsibility

Independent and excellent time management in meeting deadlines

Excellent presentation and communication skill in both English and Mandarin

Good computer skills in MS Office including Excel, Power Point
