Responsibilities

• Independently handle daily fund settlement operations for 4 Singapore entities and 5 Hong Kong entities, including bank transfers, reconciliations, reimbursements, and other payment-related activities.
• Maintain bank and cash journals, ensuring daily posting, timely reconciliation, and accurate cash balances.
• Proficiently use accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and online banking systems for major banks.
• Manage daily invoices and contracts, and safeguard cash, cheques, company seals, security tokens (U-Shields), and other important financial assets.
• Coordinate with external accounting firms and internal accountants to complete account reconciliations, payroll processing, individual income tax filing, social security and housing fund contributions, and the preparation of treasury and cash reports.
