Manage immigration cases from initiation to completion ensuring complete satisfaction from the client.
Provide consultation and guidance in assisting clients to achieve their visa application objectives.
Provide guidance in the collection of documents and drafting of the required letters and visa application forms.
Be the subject matter expert in the respective immigration visa process.
Liaise with the Immigration Department and authorities of various countries' destinations, e.g., Singapore, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United States, Europe, Malaysia, etc.
Attend to clients’ queries and completion of formalities when applications were processing and being approved subsequently.
Manage own caseload and assist colleagues where required, including complying with all associated administrative duties.
Research for information and constant updates regarding immigration matters.
Meet up and liaise with clients to collect documents and support Immigration Consultant, when necessary.
Create and update the data library.
Maintain the database with accurate client information and milestones.
Other general administrative work e.g., reporting and data management.
Education Requirements:
At least a Diploma Holder or Bachelor’s Degree Holder.
2-3 years of relevant working experience preferred.
Skills:
Good communication skills.
Good aptitude in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Customer and delivery focused.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
Ability to multi-task in managing through a portfolio of clients.
Ability to conduct independent research utilising a variety of sources.
Ability to prioritise tasks and work on own initiative.
Demonstrates confidentiality towards client’s information.
