Job Description:

The role provides core support to the Nursing Quality, Innovation, and Research units, three distinctive and dynamic domains. The responsibilities span coordination of quality improvement, innovation, and research initiatives; secretariat and governance support for committees and workgroups across all three units; documentation, reporting, compliance, and process coordination involving multiple stakeholders; and independent management of complex workflows within healthcare and research environments

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Degree qualification from a recognised university
• Minimum 2 years of professional working experience
• Exceptional analytical and communication abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven negotiation capabilities
• Meticulous attention to detail with excellent record-keeping skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in healthcare research or innovation coordination
• Background in project management
• Familiarity with statistical software packages
• Experience in draft reports and write-ups
