HDB Housing & Development Board Hiring! Full Time Estate Executive (Projects Development - Marketing) in - Ricebowl

[What the role is]

You will be joining HDB as an Estate Executive in the Estate Administration & Property Group (EAPG). You will liaise with various internal and external parties on the preparation of the marketing materials of the HDB public housing projects, including checking the accuracy of architectural plans, fittings and fixtures, and sales launch information uploaded on the HDB website.

[What you will be working on]

Your main duties will include liaising with various internal and external parties on the preparation of the marketing materials of the HDB public housing projects. These include checking the accuracy of architectural plans, fittings and fixtures, sales launch information uploaded on the HDB’s website, etc. You will also be required to work closely with external vendors, monitor the works done, and process payment claims for the works. You will also be involved in working with internal and external IT vendors to resolve IT and ICT issues for the sales launch website, and performing other duties as assigned.

[What we are looking for]

Candidate should have a background in Real Estate Studies, Building Management or Building & Real Estate Management, be proficient with Microsoft Office applications and be prepared to deal with numbers and data and checking of architectural plans. Candidates should have a pleasant disposition, effective communication skills, good interpersonal skills and passion for service delivery.

Successful candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract.
