Advantest Hiring! Full Time Accounting Specialist in Central Region (Singapore) - Ricebowl

Perform Fixed Assets transaction processing (daily & month-end close activities) including accounts reconciliation, Corporate/Statutory reporting & compliance for Fixed Assets in a Shared service environment.

Key responsibilities and duties:

1. Handling of Fixed Asset transactions on a daily basis and closing the subledger during month-end closing per the internal control and IFRS requirements.

2. Ensure proper supporting documents and record retention of documents in a timely manner.

3. Support and coordinate the Annual Physical Count exercise and publishing the results as per schedule.

4. Liaison with internal/external auditors on any queries and supporting required on the fixed asset accounting transactions.

5. Improvement on operation efficiency.

• 2 years of Experience in ERP such as Oracle
• Fixed Assets knowledge with good analytical skills
• Demonstrated initiative in operational improvements.
• Able to use Microsoft office and Excel pivot and macros
