Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential customers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha and other lead generation platforms.

• Build and maintain a database of qualified prospects, identify key decision makers and maintain accurate CRM records.

• Conduct market and customer research to identify business opportunities and support outbound sales activities.

• Support the Business Manager in preparing quotations, proposals, cost estimates and technical documentation.

• Recommend suitable products and solutions based on customer requirements and respond to technical enquiries.

• Coordinate with suppliers and principals on product selection, technical information, pricing and application support.

• Participate in customer meetings, site visits, product presentations and demonstrations when required.

• Develop product knowledge, stay updated on industry trends and support the preparation of technical sales materials.

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related Engineering are preferred.

• Experience in Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, Applications Engineering or Industrial Sales Support is an advantage.

• Experience with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha or similar business development tools is an advantage.

• Able to interpret technical specifications and product documentation.

• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills with attention to detail.

• Self-motivated, customer-focused and willing to travel for customer visits when required.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
