Overview:

The Commercial Operations Director will lead the development and execution of commercial excellence initiatives across Asia Pacific. This individual will partner closely with regional sales leaders, marketing, channel management and business unit stakeholders to drive sustainable growth, forecasting excellence and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive regional commercial operating cadence and business reviews.
• Establish forecasting accuracy and pipeline management processes.
• Develop sales performance metrics and commercial dashboards.
• Standardize best practices across APAC markets.
• Lead annual operating planning process.
• Support territory optimization and market prioritization.
• Conduct market analysis and identify strategic growth opportunities.
• Drive implementation of regional go-to-market initiatives.
• Improve CRM adoption and sales effectiveness.
• Develop pipeline visibility and opportunity management processes.
• Support pricing governance and commercial policy implementation.
• Partner with finance on revenue forecasting and business performance tracking.
• Build and mentor high-performing regional commercial operations teams.
• Influence stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Service and Applications.
• Act as strategic partner to APAC leadership team.
• Develop regional sales reporting infrastructure.
• Monitor business performance indicators.
• Generate insights to support decision-making.
• Identify areas for commercial productivity improvements.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of commercial operations, sales operations, commercial excellence or strategic planning experience.
• Experience within Life Sciences, Diagnostics, Medical Devices, Healthcare Technology or Biopharma.
• Strong APAC regional experience.
• Proven forecasting, business planning and CRM expertise.
• Experience partnering with senior commercial leaders and business unit executives.
• Advanced analytical and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel regionally when required.
