We're Hiring: Sales Development Representative (SDR) | Kuala Lumpur (Supporting Singapore Market)

Are you a driven B2B sales professional with experience selling into the Singapore market? We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing team supporting one of Singapore's leading education and training initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with SMEs across Singapore, helping businesses explore government-supported programmes focused on digital transformation, AI adoption and business growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation using a B2B contact database.
• Engage with SME decision-makers across Singapore through calls, emails and LinkedIn.
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the Sales team.
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates in the CRM.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of B2B sales or Sales Development (SDR/BDR) experience.
• Prior experience selling into the Singapore market is essential.
• Strong outbound prospecting and appointment-setting experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable engaging senior business decision-makers.
