Requirements

Must-have

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner, ideally in e-commerce or digital platforms.
• Experience working on mobile application projects.
• Strong business and marketing acumen, including knowledge of:
• e-commerce KPIs,
• conversion funnels,
• customer experience metrics.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Hands-on experience with:

• JIRA,
• Confluence,
• Google Analytics,
• A/B testing platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.

1. Mobile Application Experience (Mandatory)

The candidate must have experience working on mobile application projects.

Required:

• Experience in mobile application development environments.
• Understanding of mobile platforms and technical dependencies.
• Experience collaborating with mobile development teams.

2. Scrum / Agile Team Experience (Mandatory)

The candidate must have experience working within a dedicated Scrum team.

Required experience:

• Working directly with developers.
• Participation in Agile ceremonies:
• Daily stand-ups.
• Sprint planning.
• Backlog grooming/refinement sessions.
• Sprint reviews.
• Retrospectives.
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery processes.

3. Technical Background (Strong Preference)

The client strongly prefers candidates with a technical profile.

Preferred backgrounds:

• Technical Business Analyst.
• Former Software Developer transitioned into BA/Product roles.
• Front-end Developer with Business Analysis experience.
• Business Analyst comfortable discussing technical solutions.

The candidate should be able to:

• Understand system interactions and architecture.
• Discuss technical topics with developers and architects.
• Prepare technical user stories and technical documentation.
• Nice-to-Have
• Digital / E-commerce Experience

Preferred, but not mandatory.

Relevant backgrounds include:

• E-commerce platforms.
• Digital products.
• Online customer journey optimization.

Candidates from other industries are also welcome if they have strong mobile and Agile experience, for example:

• Banking.
• SaaS.
• Other digital product environments.
