About the Organisation

Our client is an multinational established industrial solutions provider offering a complete range of hydraulic hoses, industrial hoses, fittings, quick couplers, valves and customised hose assemblies.

Supporting customers across manufacturing, engineering, workshops and project-based environments, the company is now looking for a hands-on Sales Executive to strengthen its customer base and grow new business opportunities.

What We Are Looking For - Sales Executive

We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting customers, understanding their operational needs and recommending the right industrial products.

This is not purely an office-based sales position. You will be visiting factories, workshops and project sites, building relationships and driving the full sales process from quotation to closing.

Product and sales training will be provided.

The Mission

• Develop new customer accounts within the industrial and engineering sectors
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
• Drive sales performance through consistent follow-up and account development

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development : Identify and approach new customers across manufacturing, engineering, workshops and project sites.

• Customer Account Management : Manage existing accounts, maintain strong relationships and identify additional sales opportunities.

• Product Consultation : Provide basic technical advice and recommend suitable hydraulic hoses, fittings, couplings and related industrial products.

• Sales Execution : Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries and orders, negotiate where required and close sales.

• Internal Coordination : Work closely with internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

• Sales Performance : Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain proper customer, quotation and sales records.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree

• Mechanical or engineering-related background is an advantage

• 1–3 years of experience in industrial, hydraulic or engineering product sales

• Fresh graduates with relevant internship exposure may also be considered

• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
